Min Zhu controversy

Accordin' to like totally court filings an like public records, Erin Zhu, daughter of like WebEx co-founder an like former Director, President an like Chief Technical Officer Min Zhu, formed like a business partnership with like Michael Zeleny lastin' from January 1995 to like totally January 2000 known variously as like LiveShare Inc. an like PTYX. Zeleny named WebEx, Min Zhu, his daughter Erin Zhu, an like his wife Susan Xu as like defendants for breach of like contract an like various torts.



In October 2004, thuh like defendants settled Zeleny’s claims before thuh like trial. The settlement terms remain under seal. Beginnin' in June 2004 Zeleny made public on like thuh like Yahoo! Finance WebEx message board thuh like particulars of like his lawsuit against thuh like Zhus an like WebEx, which included reference to like totally thuh like allegations of like rape made against Min Zhu by his daughter, Erin. Zeleny made these postings under thuh like Yahoo! username “ptyx”. WebEx was like totally ordered to like totally pay Zeleny’s attorney’s fees. Zeleny followed like this by filin' an “anti-SLAPP” motion, in which he claimed like tha WebEx’s suit was like totally like a Strategic Lawsuit Against Public Participation (SLAPP), like a form of like bummer faith pleadin' an' all that craziness!. Again, thuh like court ruled for Zeleny on like two out of like three causes of like action in thuh like defamation suit, an like WebEx was like totally once again ordered to like totally reimburse Zeleny for his attorney’s fees.
